Corporate events don’t forgive exhibit failures. When a brand’s display goes dark or an interactive breaks mid-show, the mistake is visible to every attendee on the floor. Audio Visual Nation‘s technicians are the reason that doesn’t happen. Nobody in Orlando installs, maintains, and operates corporate exhibits at AVN’s level. This is one of the most demanding live event markets in the world, and AVN owns it every single time.
AVN’s exhibit technicians handle installation, audiovisual configuration, and live-event support for corporate exhibits of every scale. Our teams build and maintain exhibit components, connect control systems, and verify every interactive element before doors open. In exhibit halls across this city, AVN’s crew is the one production managers trust without question.
The job and work environment shifts with every engagement: indoor environments one week, outdoor environments the next. Technicians frequently work on multi-day corporate event runs and occasionally work on traveling exhibit installations. AVN’s technicians take pride in ensuring every corporate event we partner on is the best possible production. Our technicians can assist senior managers from the host company and venue, and make sure all related duties are taken care of.
The standard job description covers installation and maintenance on permanent and traveling exhibits. But AVN’s team goes far beyond that. Essential functions like maintaining exhibits, overall maintenance, and monitoring exhibit components are our bread and butter duties on the floor. AVN’s technicians handle overall maintenance and repair across the full event day, prevent exhibit downtime, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Our stagehand team also assists exhibit technicians to make sure everyone is working together. That teamwork is what separates AVN.
Permanent builds require precision from minute one. Traveling exhibits demand speed under load-in pressure. AVN’s team delivers the same standard whether the exhibit runs for a single day or an extended installation.
Corporate exhibits integrate audiovisual systems directly into the display structure. AVN’s technicians configure hardware and computer systems, link output chains, and test every signal before doors open. When AV fails on the floor, AVN resolves it. No other crew in this market responds faster.
Corporate exhibits increasingly rely on specialty show control systems to coordinate lighting, media, and interactive effects. AVN’s technicians configure and maintain these control systems, troubleshoot hardware, computer systems, and other equipment, and keep mechanical systems operational across the most ambitious corporate events.

AVN’s technicians are on site, in person, from load-in to final strike. If a component works loose, or a signal drops out, these are in-person problems that need on-site solutions. Remote monitoring doesn’t fix a connector. AVN is present every hour of every event for instant response, overall maintenance and repair, and other timely related duties as assigned.
Exhibit safety issues can’t wait. AVN’s technicians immediately report anything that compromises an exhibit’s integrity, treat established safety protocols as essential functions, and keep every component inspected throughout the event day.

This depends on the company. Generally speaking, required qualifications will usually start with a high school diploma or equivalent certificate. Other preferred qualifications and skills may include experience with hand and power tools, control systems, and audiovisual work. The position requires computer, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting skills, written communication skills, and computer database familiarity.
An exhibit technician ascends/descends stairs throughout the venue, holds a stationary position during monitoring, and moves components weighing tens of pounds. Fast-paced corporate events can be physically demanding, and frequently, the weight levels of complex gear require good physical strength.
AVN’s technicians demonstrate expertise beyond every benchmark, and you can contact us directly to learn more about our teams’ experience and qualifications.
