A Call Steward is required for a crew of 20 technicians or more per day. The responsibility of the Call Steward is to be a direct point of contact for the client on show site. The job and responsibilities of this person are to log in/out times, sign crew in/out, assign direction, implement change and decision making to crew when on site additions and changes are happening live. The Call Steward is our on-site liaison so we can better service our clients and facilitate their needs in a more timely fashion.
